Consider the Alternative

If you’re not on the Automation Assurance Plan and find yourself needing help, you’ll need to submit a maintenance request form. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours, and my rate will be $125 per hour, with a minimum charge of 30 minutes. Of course, you’re always welcome to explore other options, but just keep in mind that someone else might not be as familiar with the system as I am.

What is the Automation Assurance Plan?

The Automation Assurance Plan is a subscription service designed to maintain and support your existing automation systems. This includes ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and minor updates to ensure your workflows continue to run smoothly.

We offer three levels of the Automation Assurance Plan:

  • Lite Support Plan – $75/mo: Includes up to 1 hour of maintenance and support per month.
  • Standard Support Plan – $150/mo: Includes up to 3 hours of maintenance and support per month.
  • Heavy Support Plan – $300/mo: Includes up to 5 hours of maintenance and support per month.

If you need additional hours beyond your monthly allotment, they are billed at a discounted rate of $75 per hour.

Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Each month’s allotment is designed to ensure your automations are regularly maintained and updated as needed.

If you require additional support beyond your plan’s monthly hours, you can purchase extra hours at the discounted rate of $75/hr. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to better suit your needs.

Before charging you for extra time, you will be notified that your allotment has been used up and given the option to proceed or not. 

The plan covers monitoring the performance of your automations, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and minor updates to existing automations. This ensures your systems continue to run efficiently and adapt to any changes in your workflow.

No, the Automation Assurance Plan is specifically for maintaining and supporting existing automation systems. New automation projects or major modifications are treated as separate projects and will be billed at the standard rate of $125/hr or under a separate agreement.

You can sign up for the Automation Assurance Plan online. Simply select the plan that best fits your needs, and you will be billed each month on the same date you initially signed up.

You can manage your subscription through the Stripe Portal, where you can update your payment information, upgrade or downgrade your plan, or cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. Upon cancellation, you will be billed for any outstanding hours worked beyond your plan’s allotment up to the date of termination. No refunds will be issued for unused hours in the final month of service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to our website or notifying you directly.
