The client, a real estate transaction coordinator, manages hundreds of real estate agents, helping move their home buyers and sellers from contract to closing. Part of her service includes sending timely text messages to these agents and clients based on milestones in their process. This manual task was time-consuming and limited the amount of interaction she could provide, impacting her ability to scale her services effectively.
I automated the text messaging process by integrating her software, Open to Close, with Zapier and OpenPhone. Now, when Open to Close triggers a message to be sent, it bypasses the need to email a team member to manually send the text. Instead, Zapier automatically sends the text through OpenPhone, streamlining the entire notification process.
This automation has significantly freed up time for the client and her team, allowing them to send an unlimited number of messages without the manual workload. As a result, they can now provide more timely and frequent updates to their agents and clients, enhancing their service and increasing their capacity to handle more transactions efficiently.
