My client, running a thriving online membership site marketed primarily through TikTok, faced a significant hurdle in tracking and analyzing her sales and lead data. Although sales were strong, she lacked detailed insights into different types of leads, their conversion rates, and separate tracking of new and recurring revenue. Standard tools like Kajabi and Google Analytics fell short in providing the granular details necessary for an in-depth understanding of her marketing effectiveness.
Innovative Solution: To bridge this gap, I designed a custom statistics application using a combination of Zapier, Airtable, and bespoke coding within Kajabi. My approach focused on capturing intricate data points – tracking both paid ads and organic leads from TikTok, and distinguishing between new purchases and recurring payments within Kajabi.
Data Visualization and Accessibility: One of the standout features of this project was leveraging Airtable’s robust interface capabilities. I created visually appealing graphs and charts that not only represented the data comprehensively but also allowed for tracking trends over time. This visualization made it easy for my client to grasp complex data at a glance.

No longer does she need to juggle between different platforms or engage in complicated calculations. This custom application provides all the detailed insights she needs in one place, presented in an easily digestible and visually engaging format.
