The client, a real estate transaction coordinator, was frustrated with the time-consuming and repetitive task of manually updating numbers from Open to Close (OTC) in SISU for each transaction. Additionally, she had to download and upload multiple documents from OTC to SISU, further adding to her workload.
To address this challenge, I integrated Open to Close with SISU, automating the entire process. This integration ensured that all transaction data and documents were automatically transferred from OTC to SISU without any manual intervention. By utilizing automation tools, I streamlined the workflow, allowing the client to focus on more critical tasks.
The integration significantly reduced the client’s workload by eliminating the need for manual updates and document transfers. This automation not only saved her valuable time but also minimized the risk of errors associated with manual data entry. As a result, the client experienced improved efficiency and accuracy in managing her transactions, allowing her to dedicate more time to growing her business and serving her clients better.
